There are several different Admin types within a Community, each with specific permissions and access. All account types are listed below in order of most to least permissions.

ACCOUNT OWNER

- Responsible for the overall account and able to transfer ownership between Admins. Note that there can only be one Account Owner.
- Able to view the Integrations and update the API.
- Can add and remove Groups from the Community.

Able to add and remove Members, Pin and Highlight Posts in the Feed, and send out Announcements through the Feed or Email Blasts in the Outreach Center.
COMMUNITY MANAGER

- Has full access to all Groups and can add and remove Members.
- Can add and remove Groups from the Community.

GROUP MANAGER

- Can add and remove Members, Pin and Highlight Posts in the Feed, send out Announcements through the Feed or Email Blasts in the Outreach Center, and has access to all Group settings for the Groups they manage.

Each group also has a designated Primary Group Manager whose email is used as the sender for any automated membership emails and receives any Pending member registrations in the Group.
GROUP MODERATOR

- Can add and remove Members, send out Group Announcements, and delete Member content from the Groups they moderate.
- Can see content that is flagged for moderation, and can Approve or Deny content, within the Groups they moderate.
- Can NOT see private information in a Member’s profile.
ADMIN VIEW
Account Owners and Community Managers are able to access Analytics, Group Maps, the Community wide Member Database, and the Community Settings from the Community Menu.
Account Owners and Community Managers will see Group Settings three dot icon for all Groups. Group Managers will only see the three dot icon for the Groups that they manage.
MODERATOR VIEW
Moderators do not have access to the Group Settings, but they will see content that requires moderation in the Groups they moderate.
MEMBER VIEW
Members do not have access to the Group Settings, but the three dot icon is where they could choose to leave the Group.
