Account Owners are in charge of setting up the account and the billing. There can only be one Account Owner per Community. Only the existing Account Owner can transfer the account ownership to another Manager.
Follow the steps below to transfer the account ownership:
- Click the Community Menu icon.
- Select Community Settings.
- Select the System Roles section.
- Click the Role dropdown for the desired Member, and select Account Owner.
- Click the Save button and then the Confirm button.
The account ownership will be transferred automatically in the system once confirmed.
