This exciting release delivers powerful new tools across the Journey by Forj platform. Admins gain flexible navigation controls and a unified sitewide Resource Library, which is now supercharged with Semantic Search so Members always find relevant content. Forj Connect offers a smoother experience for Members joining Groups. Forj Learn adds Course Sections, AI-powered next-course recommendations, Novi Commerce integration, and the highly anticipated Course Bundles that give Administrators the ability to group, price, and sell multiple courses as a single offering. And Forj Analyze brings new course bundle performance insights. This release also includes a round of targeted bug fixes across Forj Connect and Forj Learn, resolving issues, improving messaging, and restoring expected behavior for a more seamless polished experience.

Journey by Forj

• Navigation Menu Updates - Navigation just got a whole lot more flexible. With a streamlined new design, Admins can now reorder the main Navigation items and add custom links to create an experience that works for your organization.

• Organization Wide Resource Library - One library. Your whole organization. The Resource Library centralizes access to resources across your site, stays in sync with Group-level libraries automatically, and gives Admins and Members a single unified experience for finding and managing content.

• Not currently using Group Resources? The new Resource Library is already live on your site and ready to explore! Nothing changes for your users until you enable it for Members to see or access. Head over to our New Feature support docs to learn how to take advantage of this new functionality!

• Semantic Search - We've introduced Semantic Search starting with the Resource Library. Unlike traditional keyword-based search, semantic search understands the meaning behind a query, so that members find relevant content even when their search terms don't exactly match the words in a resource. 

Forj Connect

• Group Registration Form - Joining a group is now faster and easier. Learners who have already completed all required registration fields will be taken directly to the group when clicking "Join" from the Suggested Groups or Course Awards screens, bypassing the registration form entirely.
  • Learners with unfilled required fields will still be prompted to complete the registration form before joining.
  • Learners visiting a group URL directly will see the group name, description and a Join button, which follows the same behavior outlined above.

Forj Learn

• Course Bundles - Administrators can now create and sell course bundles — grouping multiple courses into a single offering that Learners can purchase and access in one place.
  • Create bundles with custom titles, images, and descriptions.
  • Configure pricing, including Membership Tier rules.
  • Set auto-enrollment and bundle-exclusive course restrictions.
  • Reorder courses to guide Learners through a structured sequence.
  • Associate bundles with specific user Segments.
  • Learners can browse bundles in the Catalog, purchase with a single transaction, and view all their bundles from their profile.

• Course Sections - Course creators can now organize course activities into sections.

• Personalized Next-Course Recommendations - Learners will now see a list of recommended courses on the certificate award screen upon completing a course. Recommendations are powered by AI to surface relevant next steps for continued learning. 

• Novi Commerce - Monetize Learning functions through your existing Novi AMS! Register Novi as a Commerce Provider to enable linking Learning Opportunities with Novi Products. Prospective Learners are redirected to Novi to complete purchases with near-real-time fulfillment and disputes handled through Novi.

Forj Analyze

• You can now use Forj Analyze to see how your course bundles are performing! 
  • Filter the Learning Analytics dashboard by course bundle to see enrollment trends and other insights within the bundle.

• Filter the Course Revenue dashboard by course bundle to see the revenue generated by the bundle.

Forj Connect

• Resolved a styling issue affecting radio buttons in the registration form.
• Improved error messaging for SSO sign-in failures, so members now receive clearer information about why their authentication attempt was unsuccessful.
• Resolved an issue where admins were unable to enable or disable LinkedIn and SSO sign-in options.

Forj Learn

• Fixed an issue that prevented course price settings from being edited.
• Resolved an issue where the resource library appeared empty after applying a filter with no matching results.
• Resolved a display issue that was preventing recommendation segment events from firing.
