This release includes enhancements to give Administrators more control and surface richer insights. In Forj Learn, Admins can now manually complete Vimeo Video Activities for Learners, and a streamlined Catalog with a dedicated Completed tab makes navigating Course history more intuitive for Learners than ever. The Forj Analyze User Growth Dashboard now unifies Active User and Viewer counts across both Forj Connect and Forj Learn, for a complete picture of platform engagement. Several bug fixes across Forj Connect and Forj Learn ensure a seamless experience for your entire Community.

 

Platform Enhancements – Making Your Experience Even Better

Forj Learn

  • Manual Vimeo Video Completion - Admins can now waive the completion requirement for Vimeo Video activities by manually completing Learner progress, providing more flexibility in managing courses.

  • Catalog Enhancements - Streamlined the Catalog by removing the Completed Courses section in favor of the dedicated Completed courses tab, providing a cleaner and more intuitive experience. 

Forj Analyze

  • User Growth Dashboard Updates – Active User and Viewer counts on the User Growth Dashboard now reflect activity across both Forj Connect and Forj Learn. This includes course completions, videos, quizzes, and webinars, and provides Forj Learn clients with a more complete and accurate picture of platform engagement. Historical counts have been recalculated to reflect this change. Clients who do not use Forj Learn will see no change. The Glossary tab has been updated to reflect this definition.

Forj Connect

  • Improvement to Forj Connect Group Event forms, setting email invites as default optional.

 

Bug Fixes – Smoother, More Reliable Experience

Forj Connect

  • Improved email formatting to ensure consistent display in Outlook.

Forj Learn

  • Resolved an issue with custom field mapping in SSO configuration that was causing display errors.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented organizations from disconnecting their Stripe account.
  • Resolved a crash occurring on the OpenID Connect SSO settings page.
  • Fixed an issue where a newly created course's cover photo would not display correctly while editing.
