Monthly Release Notes - September 2025

This release brings enhanced authentication options, improved learning experiences, and important platform refinements. Key highlights include new ACGI SSO integration for seamless authentication, shuffled quiz answer options for fairer assessments, and membership tier-based course pricing for greater flexibility. We've also made visual enhancements to the course experience, improved member database filtering, and resolved issues with commerce product creation and group visibility.

New Features

Forj Connect

ACGI SSO
Admins now configure Single Sign-On (SSO) with ACGI’s Association Anywhere AMS.

Group Announcements 
Add a notice to the sidebar of each Group. This is great for sponsorship opportunities or timely reminders, and can include images, links, and emojis. 

Click Add Announcement to get started. 

Members will see your notice in the sidebar to the right of Feed content. 

Forj Learn

Quiz Question Shuffle Options
We’ve made some exciting improvements to the Quiz experience to give Admins and Learners more flexibility and insight. You can now shuffle the order of Quiz questions so each Learner gets a unique question flow. This helps prevent answer sharing, encourages authentic learning, and makes assessments more engaging.

 

Platform Enhancements – Making Your Experience Even Better

Forj Learn

  • Membership Management - Learning Admins can now set different Course prices based on Membership Tier, providing more flexibility in pricing strategies.

  • Course Experience - The Course experience for Learners has been simplified and optimized for smoother navigation and engagement. There is now a Course progress bar and the Course image header has been removed to provide more space for course content.  

 

Bug Fixes – Smoother, More Reliable Experience

Forj Connect

  • The Member Database can now be filtered by registration date.
  • The Groups tree now displays ‘View more groups/subgroups’ buttons only when relevant, improving clarity and navigation.

Forj Learn

  • Publishing a Course will now correctly create a single commerce and Stripe product, preventing duplicate entries.
  • Members will now only see active Groups in their ‘current groups’ list. Pending and declined Groups will no longer appear, ensuring clearer group visibility.
