Follow the steps below to view the Quizzes Dashboard. 

NAVIGATE TO QUIZZES DASHBOARD

• Navigate to the Community Menu.
• Select Analytics.
• Click the Learn Tab.
• Select Quizzes. 

Course Title: Filter the data by making a Course selection.

Quiz Title: Filter the data by making a Quiz Title selection.

Filter on Question Text: Filter the data by selecting a specific question. 

Filter Pre/Post: Filter the data for either Pre Quizzes, Post Quizzes, or neither.

Respondents: Number of Learners who submitted a response to at least one Quiz.

Quiz Submissions: How many times Learners have submitted responses to Quizzes.

Quizzes in Published Courses: How many Quiz Activities are in Courses that have been published. 

Quizzes with Responses: Of Quizzes in published Courses, how many have at least one submitted response from a Learner.

GRADE REPORTING

Quiz Pass Rate: Number of Quiz attempts with a passing grade divided by the total number of Quiz attempts. 

Average Attempts to Pass: Average number of attempts needed to achieve a passing grade.

Average Quiz Grade: Average grade across all attempts at a Quiz.

Quiz Grades by Attempt: Shows attempts and the range of grades represented as percentile. 

Filter Quiz Grades by Attempts: Allows filtering of the above graph for First attempt vs all others, Final vs previous, By attempt number, or Pre-completion, completion, Post-completion. 

Quiz Grade Report: Report showing Learner Name, Email, Course, Quiz, Attempt number, Grade, Pass or Fail, and Date of Submission. 

Quiz Grade Report by Question: Report showing Learner Name, Email, Course, Quiz, Quiz questions, Correct or Incorrect, Grade, Pass or Fail, and Attempt number. 

ITEM ANALYSIS

Question Summary: Shows all questions in published courses with data about usage and responses. 

Question Prompt: Allows selection of specific quiz questions. 

Multiple Choice Responses: Shows data for selected quiz questions, including correct or incorrect, and percentage that selected each of the answer choices. 

Multiple Choice Response Pivot Table: All multiple-choice questions in published courses, with data about the options for each questions and the number of times each option ahs been selected. 

Question Statistics: Includes statistics at the level of each question, including number of correct responses, total number of attempts, average question score, standard deviation, and random guess score. 

Quiz Response Detail Report: All responses submitted to quiz questions with metadata. 

PRE/POST ANALYSIS

Average Question Score on Pre-Quiz vs Post-Quiz: Shows the score percentile for each question in the pre and post quiz. 

Average Pre-Quiz Grade: average grade achieved for the pre-quiz.

Average Post-Quiz Grade: average grade achieved for the post-quiz.
