Forj now supports tagging in the Organization-Wide Resources Library. This provides Admins with a smarter way to organize content, and allows Members a faster way to find exactly what they need.

CREATE TAGS
The first step to using tags is to create them via the Community Settings. Follow the steps below to create a new tag.
- Navigate to Community Menu.
- Select Community Settings.
- Select Tags.
All existing Tags will display, with the Name, number of items tagged, creation date, and date of any updates. The color of the tag will also be displayed.
- Click the Create button.
- Enter the Name and Description of the tag.
- Select the Parent tag if tiered tagging is desired.
- Select a Color for the tag.
- Click the Create button.
ASSIGN TAGS
Once a tag has been created it can then be used to tag materials in the Resource Library. Follow the steps below to assign a tag.
- Navigate to the Resources Library.
- Click on the desired resource.
- Select from the available options under Tags.
- Click the Save button.
FILTER TAGS
Once materials have been tagged, they can be filtered in the Resources Library.
- Navigate to the Resources Library.
- Click the Tag dropdown and search or select an option.
The results will display the tagged materials. Note the type of resource can be filtered as well.
