Note that this data will only display for Vimeo videos added to the Video Activity.

NAVIGATE TO VIDEOS DASHBOARD
Follow the steps below to view the Videos Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Community Menu.
- Select Analytics.
- Click the Learn Tab.
- Select Videos.
Course Title: Filter the data by making a Course selection.
Video Activity Title: Filter the data by making a Video Title selection.
Vimeo Link: Filter the data by selecting the specific Vimeo Video link.
Filter by Occupation: Filter the data by Learner Occupation.
Filter by State: Filter the data for Learner location by State.
Videos in Published Courses: How many Video Activities are in Courses that have been published. This count does not include videos that are embedded in other types of activities.
Unique Viewers: Number of unique Learners who have started watching a Video Activity.
Total Views: How many times the Video Activities have been viewed by any Learner. Includes repeated views by the same Learner.
Completion Rate: Percentage of Learners that have completed the required watch percentage set for videos.
Most Watched Video Activities: Displays the top 15 Video Activities that have been watched by the most Learners.
Most Completed Video Activities: Displays the top 15 Video Activities that have been completed by the most Learners. Completion means the Learner watched the video until the met the percent watched threshold defined in the Video Activity settings.
Video Activity Completion: Display is further filtered by complete views, started views, and unstarted views.
Video Engagement Timeline: Shows timeline for different videos, and timeline is divided into 10 equal bars in the chart. For each bar of time in the video, the number of Learners who watched is counted and represented by the height of the bar. This can help determine if there are popular parts of a video, or when Learners tend to lose interest and stop watching the video.
Average Percent of Video Watched: Sorts Video Activities according to the average percent of the video users have watched , total number of seconds divided by video duration. The gray bar displays the required watch percentage for each video.
Group Awards and Video Engagement: For each Course that awards Group access, this displays the number of Learners who have accepted the Group award with the average percent of the videos watched by those Learners. This can help determine if there is a correlation between how much of the video(s) Learners watch and their likelihood of accepting a Group Award.
Video Detail Report: Shows Learner Name, Email, Percentage of Video Watched, Required Watch Percentage, Video Activity Completion Status, Total Seconds Watched, Last Viewed Second, Last Viewed Date, video name as the Activity Title, Course Title, and Course Completion Date. This report can be exported as Excel or CSV files.
