Protecting your data starts with a secure password. Passwords provide the first line of defense against unauthorized access to your personal information. The stronger your password, the more protected your account will be.

Follow the steps below to update your password.

• Click your profile image.

• Select Preferences.

• Click Update password.

• Enter your Current password and the New password into the text boxes.

• Click the Save button. 

  • Note the Save button will not be clickable until the New password criteria is met.

Use the following Password criteria:

• Password must be a minimum of 8 characters in length. 

• Password must contain at least one number or special character (e.g. 3!@#$%^&*).
