Welcome new Members to your Community! Here you can stay connected, discover new opportunities, attend events, and participate in discussions.

CHECK OUT THE HOME PAGE
The Home Page displays the Discussions from all of your Groups in one handy place.
- Click Reply to join the conversation.
The Home Page also displays all of your Suggested Groups.
- Click View all to review them, click Join Group to join them.
ENGAGE IN THE COMMUNITY
The Group Feed is your space to post topics, ask questions, share knowledge, and tap into your Community resources.
Scroll through the feed to view Posts and discussions, or click the spyglass to search content using a keyword.
Look for specific types of Posts like Events or Opportunities from the All Posts dropdown.
Click View discussion to make a comment on a Post, or use provided buttons to interact with the Post.
Appreciate, Reply, or Comment when viewing a Post.
HOW TO POST
Start a discussion in the Group Feed by creating a Post with the steps below.
- Enter the title of your message in the What's this about? field.
- Enter the content of your message in the What would you like to say? field.
- Use the text editor icons to add links, emojis, pictures, videos, and even files.
- Click the Post button when you're ready to add to the conversation!
MEET OTHER MEMBERS
In the Members section, you can discover your peers, search for someone specific, and start private chats.
- Use the spyglass icon to search for someone by name.
- Click the chat icon to start a conversation.
- Click Find Members or the Filters button to narrow down the list of individuals. Note that your filters may be different, as these are specific to your Community.
START A GROUP CHAT
Start a group chat by clicking Start a new chat button and selecting the recipients.
- Type your message in the chat box and click the Send button.
If recipients are not logged in, the message will be sent to their email inbox.
REPLY VIA EMAIL
You don't have to login to stay connected to your Community. Send emails and stay in the conversation by using the Group email address at the top of the Group Feed.
ATTEND EVENTS
Find all your Community Events like webinars or in-person meetups in the Event section of your Group.
- Click the View Details button to learn more about an Event.
- Sign up for the Events you want by indicating that you'll be Going.
- Sync Group Events right to your personal calendar by clicking the Subscribe to Calendar button.
FIND HELPFUL RESOURCES
In the Resources section, you'll find all the Community's shared files, links, and videos.
Click the spyglass to search, click the name of a video or document to view, and click a link to access an outside source.
BEST FOOT FORWARD
Now that you know your space a little better, fill out your Profile and let people get to know you!
- Click the picture icon to update your image.
- Click the pencil icon to update your information.
EMAIL PREFERENCES
Email preferences determine which emails you get and how often. You can always adjust your settings from the platform by clicking Preferences.
Toggle on or off any of the Notifications based on your needs. From the any group I'm in dropdowns you can specify Groups as well.
You can also edit your settings by clicking visit your email preferences in the footer of any email.
REACH OUT FOR HELP
Follow the steps below to find the list of your Group Manager(s) when you need help or have questions about the Group.
Click the Members dropdown icon, and then click the Managers option.
- Click the chat icon to begin a conversation about the Group.
Follow the steps below to find your Community Manager(s) when you need help or have questions about the Community. Note all Community Managers will have a badge next to their name that identifies them when hovering.
