There are several different ways to gain access your Community, and the way that you login or signup is determined by your Community settings. Some Communities are linked to outside platforms, while others require an email address and password to login. Reach out to your Community Admins if you are unsure how to login. Note that some Communities may also require approval before joining.

LOGIN PAGE
The Community login page prompts Members to login or signup to become a Member, and you may see several options:
Enter your Email address and Password if you are already a Member.
Login with your LinkedIn Account.
Login with your SSO (Single Sign On) option if you do not use login credentials. Note the title of this button will be unique to your Community.
Sign in with a magic link if you are already a Member but do not have a password. Note this will send a login link to your email. Magic links expire after 24 hours, so make sure to use them same day. If the magic link has expired, you can generate a new magic link again and go through the process.
Click the Forgot password link if you are already a Member but have forgotten your login credentials. Note this will send a password reset email.
Click the signup link if you are not a Member and would like to join.
SIGNUP PAGE
The Community signup page prompts you to select a Group to signup and become a Member.
Click the desired Group to start the signup process.
This will open the Group's Registration form with text fields for your information.
Enter your information for the Group. Note required fields are indicated with an asterisk.
Click the Continue button.
You will receive an email verification message.
Click the Verify Email button or copy and paste the link.
This will prompt you to create your password. Note that passwords should be minimum 8 characters and have at least one number or special character.
LOGIN ON MOBILE APP
From our Forj Connect Mobile App, you can also choose to sign in using a magic link with no password required. If you select to create a Forj Connect login, simply enter your password and click Sign Up.
To use Magic Link, click the Send me a Magic Link button. Note this will send a login link to your email. Magic links expire after 24 hours, so make sure to use them same day. If the magic link has expired, you can generate a new magic link again and go through the process.
Open the email, and then click the Click here to sign in button. Your default browser or Forj Connect app should load up your Community immediately.
If you don’t receive the email, you may want to check your Span/Junk folder, and mark it as 'not spam' to prevent any magic links from being flagged in the future.
