When you enter a search term using the Global Search Bar, the system looks for content throughout your Community, Groups, Posts, comments, Member profiles, and file names. Search results are based on your Group subscriptions, so you'll only see content from within your Groups. This article covers how to use the Global Search Bar, with tips to help you find things more easily. 

Use the Global Search Bar

Follow the steps below to use the Global Search Bar:

• Navigate to the Global Search Bar at the top of the page.

• Enter the keyword, phrase, or hashtag that you wish to search.
  • Note that at least three letters must be typed for the system to show matching hashtag results. 

• Click on the individual search result(s) to view, or click View All results to navigate to a page with all matches.

If View All Results is selected, you will see a list of all the Posts, Members, Groups, and Resources that match your search query.

• Select the tab you wish to view. 
• Click on any of the results to view.
