Monthly Release Notes - July 2025 – Journey by Forj

Quiz Enhancements

We’ve made some exciting improvements to the Quiz experience to give Admins and Learners more flexibility and insight:

Limit Quiz Attempts

You can now set how many times a learner can attempt a Quiz — choose between 1 to 10 attempts, or keep it unlimited. More control, your way.

Reattempt Behavior Options

Decide how Quiz reattempts work:

Build on previous answers – great for reflection and revision.
Start a new attempt – ideal for clean slates and re-evaluation.

Enhanced Rich Text Support

Add images and videos right into your Quiz questions or feedback for a more engaging, multimedia learning experience.

Improved Learner Insights

We've added a detailed user report directly on the Quiz View Results page, making it easier to see individual performance at a glance.

Forj Analyze

Embedded Dashboards

For added convenience of Forj Analyze clients, embedded views of Forj Analyze can now be added directly into your Forj platform. These embedded dashboards are easily accessible from the Analytics option in the drop-down menu and require no additional logins, making it simpler to access your analytics alongside your other platform tools.

To enable embedded dashboards: Contact your Forj Support Team to turn on this feature in your platform.
Please note: When creating custom cards, dashboards, or scheduled reports, please continue to login at mobilize-io.domo.com.

The embedded dashboards also introduce the following improvements to your experience:

Enhanced Data Export - We've made it significantly easier to download complete datasets from your embedded Forj Analyze dashboards, giving you more flexibility to work with your data however you need. Go to the Downloads dashboard to download data.
Persistent Filters - The filter settings now stay with you as you navigate between dashboards, making your analysis workflow smoother and more efficient than ever.

Forj Connect

Better Mobile Sign-In: The sign-in screen now looks great and works smoothly on mobile browsers for a more polished experience on the go.
Smarter Group Navigation: Navigation is now more intuitive in courses with multiple group invitations, making it easier for learners to get where they need to go.

Forj Learn

SCORM Improvements: Importing SCORM content is now smoother than ever with an enhanced upload experience.
Certificate Preview Update: Course builders will now see a clear message that certificates aren’t generated in preview mode – helping set the right expectations during course creation.
Cleaner Learning Certificates: We’ve refined certificate layouts to prevent content from spilling over onto extra pages – your completions now look as professional as they are.
Smarter Group Navigation: Navigation is now more intuitive in courses with multiple group invitations, making it easier for learners to get where they need to go.
Faster Enrollee Lists: We’ve improved loading times for enrollee lists, so you can view and manage participants more efficiently.
Course Catalog Boost: The course catalog now loads faster and performs better, giving users quicker access to learning opportunities.
