Step One: Check your Forj Community Settings

Step Two: Check your Personal Email Folders (are they going to spam?)

Email providers like Gmail and Outlook have different filters and sometimes Forj messages can end up in your Spam Folder.

• Troubleshooting Gmail Spam: If they are ending up in these folders, click on the email and select 'Report not spam'
