Step Two: Check your Personal Email Folders (are they going to spam?)
Email providers like Gmail and Outlook have different filters and sometimes Forj messages can end up in your Spam Folder.

Troubleshooting Gmail Spam:
If they are ending up in these folders, click on the email and select 'Report not spam'
