This article covers how to contact your Group Manager as a Member or as a pending Member who just applied.

FROM THE GROUP
Follow the steps below to Contact your Group Manager from within the Group:
- Navigate to the desired Group
- Click the Members tab.
- Click the number of Members dropdown.
- Select Managers.
- Click the chat icon for the desired Manager from the list.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Follow the steps below to Contact your Group Manager from the Mobile App:
- Navigate to the Group.
- Click the Members tab.
- Click the chat icon next to the desired Manager in the Administrators list.
AS PENDING MEMBER
The introduction email you received while completing the Community registration process is sent from the Group Manager. Reply to this email to connect to the Group Manager.
This is helpful if you have registered for the Community and need to make any last-minute changes, or you have waited a long time to enter into the Community and have questions.
