Learning Admins can duplicate existing courses for quicker course creation. This process also allows Admins to make simple edits to the existing design. Follow the steps below to duplicate an existing course.
DUPLICATE A COURSE
- Navigate to Learning > Courses and click the Teach tab.
Here Admins will see Unpublished and Published Courses.
- Click the three dot icon for the desired course.
- Select Duplicate.
This will open a new course with "Copy" added to the title of the original.
Learning Admins can then update the Course Goals page, including adding a new course image.
Learning Admins can also edit the options on all of the other course pages.
The Course Outline and Course Activities carry over into the new course, but can be edited or deleted. New Activities can be added as well.
Note that Learners do not carry over into the new course.
