The Course Access page displays the price for enrollment into the course and who can view the course in the Catalog. Here Learning Admins can setup the pricing for the course, or leave the course free to Learners. Follow the steps below to complete the Course Access page. 

COURSE ACCESS 

Course Access setup includes deciding who can view and self-enroll into the course. 

• From the Price field, enter the value for the price of the course.
  • Leave at zero if the course will be available for free. 
• From the Currency dropdown, select the currency for the price to be listed. 
• From the Who can view the enrollment page for the course:
  • Select Anyone to allow all users including non members to enroll. This will provide a public enrollment link. 
    • Click Copy public link to offer the course enrollment link on sites outside of the community. 

• • Select All members of the platform to allow any members to enroll
  • Select Members of specific groups on the platform to exclude users who are not Members of the indicated Group(s)
• Toggle the Allow learners to enroll button on to allow new Learners to enroll in the Course. 

• Click the Save button once complete.
