Course Learners

The Course Learners page displays all of the Learners enrolled in the course. Here the Learners name, completion date, and earned Certificates are listed in a chart. Follow the steps below to view, filter, or download certificates from the Course Learners page.

VIEW COURSE LEARNERS

The Learners tab displays the Course Learners page. Here Learning Admins can see a list of all Learners in the course with their name, course completion date, and a link to download their Certificates.

Note that Learners who are enrolled in the course, but have not yet completed the course, will not have a Completed at date or Certificate link displayed.

FILTER COURSE LEARNERS

To filter the list of course Learners, click the three dot icon at the top left, and uncheck any of the options to adjust what is shown in the list.

This will remove the unchecked option from the list.

ISSUE AWARDS TO LEARNERS

It is possible for Learning Admins to manually issue an award to a Learner that is not listed as complete in the course. Click the checkbox next to the Learner's name, and then click the Issue Awards button.

There will be a pop-up notification to indicate that some Learners have not completed the course, and that issuing awards will mark the course as completed for everyone selected.

Click the Issue Awards button to manually mark the selected Learners as complete.

LEARNING ADMINS DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATES

It is possible for both Learners and Learning Admins to download earned certificates from the course. Learning Admins will be able to download certificates from the Course Learners page. From the list of users in the course, they can click the Download link to access the certificates.
