Utilize the "Stop Following by Email" feature to efficiently eliminate unwanted notifications associated with specific Community Posts from your inbox.

To cease following posts via email, follow these steps:

From Email Browser:

• Click on the "Join the discussion" link in your email browser.

• Log in to your Community if prompted.
• Select the post you wish to unfollow and click the 3-dot kebab menu to access available actions.

• Choose the "Stop Following by Email" option (the first action at the top of the menu)

• To re-engage with the post via email later, simply select the "Follow by Email" action again.

Direct from User Community Page:

• Select the post you wish to unfollow and click the 3-dot kebab menu to access available actions.

• Choose the "Stop Following by Email" option (the first action at the top of the menu)

• To reverse the email posts action, simply select the "Follow by Email" action again.
