On Journey by Forj, single sign-on (SSO) can be configured with re:Members, an association management system (AMS) platform. re:Members provides authentication for end users, allowing members to sign into Journey by Forj using their re:Members credentials. Once SSO is configured appropriately in a Journey by Forj Community, users are able to link from the Community sign-in page to the re:Members login page to authenticate access to the Community. After successful authentication in re:Members, the session is redirected back to the Community and the user is logged in automatically without re-entering any credentials in the Community.
Journey by Forj integrates with re:Members to provide seamless authentication with additional field mapping capabilities to synchronize user profile information and membership tiers from re:Members into Journey by Forj.
