Community Admins are able to change their Email Subject Prefix. This is the email subject line that members receive when a Post is created. This can be used to help Members identify emails they receive from the Group.
Follow the steps below to add a prefix to the email subject line.
- Navigate to the desired Group.
- Click the three dot icon.
- Select Settings.
- Select Email Settings.
- Enter text for the Email Subject Prefix.
- Click the Save Changes button.
When new Posts are created, the prefix text will appear in a bracket before the email subject line. From the example above: [Marketing Updates] Announcing New Marketing Team Members.
