Admins are able to view the analytics report for Group Feed Posts in real time. Reviewing this data is a great way to determine who is interacting with your Group's content, and allows for following up with your Members. Admins can send an email blast to select Members directly from the report, and can export the list as Excel or CSV files. There is also the option to select Members from the report to add to another Group. Follow the steps below to review your Post Analytics reports.

REVIEW POST ANALYTICS REPORT
Follow the steps below to review Post Analytics.
- Navigate to the desired Group Feed.
- Click on the desired Post.
- Click the See all analytics link.
This will open a window with the analytics from the Post.
- Click the dropdown menu to select an option.
For a Poll question, this will display Members who: Voted, Didn't vote, Viewed, Didn't View, and who Voted for each option in the Poll question.
For an Event, this will display: the Recipients, who Viewed, Didn't view, is Going, Might go, Declined, Didn't respond, and Responded.
For a Discussion Post, this will display: the Recipients, who Viewed, Didn't view, Clicked on links, Clicked, and Didn't click.
For an Opportunity, this will display: the Recipients, who Viewed, Didn't view, and who Applied.
For a Recommendation, this will display: the Recipients, who Viewed, Didn't view, Rated the recommendation 1-5, and Contact clicks.
EXPORT POST ANALYTICS REPORT
Follow the steps below to export the Post Analytics report.
- Navigate to the desired Group Feed.
- Click on the desired Post.
- Click the See all analytics link.
- Click the up arrow icon.
- Select either Excel or CSV file format.
SEND EMAIL BLAST FROM ANALYTICS REPORT
While reviewing Post Analytics data, Admins can reach out to Members directly from the report. This may be used to nudge Members who have not answered a Poll question, contact a selection of Members who didn't respond to an Event post, or to gather more information from Members who have chosen a specific Poll question answer. Follow the steps below to send an email blast from within the Post Analytics report.
- Navigate to the desired Group Feed.
- Click on the desired Post.
- Click the See all analytics link.
- Make a selection from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Email Blast button.
This will open the Email Blast feature with the Group selected recipients.
- Enter the Subject for the email.
- Enter the content for the email in the What would you like to say text box.
- Click the Send button.
ADD TO GROUP FROM ANALYTICS REPORT
While reviewing Post Analytics data, Admins can add Members to another Group directly from the report. This may be used to add a selection of Members who have chosen a specific Poll question or Members who are attending an Event to a new Group. Follow the steps below to add Members to a Group from within the Post Analytics report.
- Navigate to the desired Group Feed.
- Click on the desired Post.
- Click the See all analytics link.
- Make a selection from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Add to group button.
- Select the Group from the Add members to dropdown. Be sure to check that the Members gave you permission to add them.
Decide to send them an invite by toggling the Invitation Text on or off.
- Edit the message using the text editing options as desired.
- Click the Ok button when ready to add Members to the Group.
