The Manual eCommerce option allows Forj Learn Admins to link outside payment platforms to manually complete a purchase. Learners can then be manually enrolled into the desired Course.
Admins will need to enter the payment links associated with the price of a product in Forj Learn. When a Learner starts a Forj Learn purchase for a manual eCommerce product, Admins will then need to manually complete and verify the purchase. Lastly, Admins must manually enroll the Learner into the Course.

SETUP MANUAL ECOMMERCE
Follow the steps below to setup Manual eCommerce.
- Navigate to the Community Menu.
- Select Community Settings.
- Select Commerce.
- Click the Manually manage purchase fulfillment for just about any payment platform link.
- Click the Use Manual Mode button.
DISCONNECT MANUAL ECOMMERCE
The Manual eCommerce mode can be removed if desired. When this is disconnected, any paid Course will have enrollment disabled.
Follow the steps below to disconnect Manual eCommerce.
- Navigate to the Community Menu.
- Select Community Settings.
- Select Commerce.
- Click the Disconnect Manual Mode link at the top of the page.
SETUP PAYMENT LINKS
Once Manual ECommerce has been activated, the payment links will need to be added to the desired Courses.
Follow the steps below to setup payment links within a Course.
- Navigate to the desired course.
- Select the Access page.
- Paste the Default Payment URL.
- Paste the Member Tier Payment URL(s).
- Click the Save button.
MANUALLY ENROLL LEARNERS
Follow the steps below to Manually Enroll Learners into a Course.
- Navigate to the desired course.
- Select the Learners page.
- Click the three dot icon.
- Select Enroll Learners.
- Search the Learner name if they already exist in the system.
- Upload a list of users who do not already exist in the system.
- Create a CSV document with a column for Learner email_address, or use the template CSV here link.
- Drag and drop the completed file in the Drop file section.
- Click the Submit button.
LEARNER VIEW
When Learners purchase a Manual ECommerce Course, they will see the appropriate price with a Purchase button.
Once Learners click Purchase, the manual URL purchase page will pop-up for payment. They will also see a notification that they need to make payment and wait for enrollment to be completed.
