The Vimeo Video activity will allow users to pickup where they left off on their videos, including when moving between different devices. Admins can setup the activity to require that Learners watch a certain percentage of the video or watch the full video for credit.

VIDEO ACTIVITY SETUP
Follow the steps below to setup the Video Activity:
Once within the course, navigate to the Activities section.
- Click Add Activity.
- From the Activity Type dropdown, select Video.
- Enter the Activity Title.
- Click the Add button.
VIMEO VIDEO LINK
Click your video activity from the Activities drop down list to add content.
- Enter the video Description.
- Click the plus sign to expand the text editing options.
- Copy and paste the Vimeo Link from your Vimeo account.
- Enter the Required watch percentage.
- This will be the percentage of the video the Learner needs to watch for the activity to be considered complete.
- Click the Save button.
VIMEO ACCOUNT RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend the Hide from Vimeo privacy setting on videos within your Vimeo Video Account that you will embed in Forj Learn Courses.
SINGLE VIDEO PRIVACY SETTINGS
- Navigate to your Vimeo Video Account
- Click on video that will be linked within a Forj Learn Course.
- From the Share > Privacy settings, select Hide from Vimeo.
This will ensure that your video will be embeddable within the Journey by Forj platform, while still remaining private on your account.
BULK PRIVACY SETTINGS
From the Privacy dropdown, you can view the current access settings for videos in the Folder. This can assist in making changes to multiple videos if needed.
- Select all videos that need to be changed.
- Click Privacy.
- Select the new Privacy Setting.
- Click the Save button.
MANUALLY COMPLETE ACTIVITY
Admins can waive the completion requirement for Vimeo Video activities by manually completing Learner progress. Follow the steps below to manually complete the activity for a Learner.
- Navigate to the desired Course.
- Navigate to the Vimeo Video Activity.
- Click the View Results tab.
- Toggle the Complete column slider to the right for any Learner you wish to manually complete. Note that this can not be undone.
LEARNER VIEW
Learners will see the video Description at the top of the Course page with the embedded video below. The percentage of the video that they need to watch for completion will be listed at the top, along with their percentage.
If Learners click ahead to the end of the video or rewatch the same part of the video, their time will not increase.
Once the criteria is met, the Learner will be notified that they have Completed the activity.
