Forj Analyze Surveys enhances your ability to understand and engage with your Community, with deeper insights, cleaner visuals, and smarter tools to help you understand and grow your Learning Community.

Follow the steps below to view the Surveys Dashboard. 

NAVIGATE TO SURVEYS DASHBOARD

• Navigate to the Community Menu.
• Select Analytics.
• Click the Learn Tab.
• Select Surveys. 

Course Title: Filter the data by making a Course selection.

Survey Title: Filter the data by making a Survey Title selection.

Filter by Occupation: Filter the data by making an Occupation selection.

Filter Pre/Post: Filter the data for either Pre Surveys, Post Surveys, or neither.

Respondents: Number of Learners who submitted a response to at least one Survey.

Survey Submissions: How many times Learners have submitted responses to Surveys.

Surveys in Published Courses: How many Survey Activities are in Courses that have been published. 

Surveys with Responses: Of Surveys in published Courses, how many have at least one submitted response from a Learner.

Question Summary: All the questions created in published Surveys (regardless of whether or not anyone has responded) with data about their usage and responses. 

Multiple Choice Responses: The options respondents have selected in their submissions to multiple choice questions. 

Multiple Choice Response Pivot Table: All Multiple Choice questions in Surveys in published Courses (regardless of whether or not they have any responses) with data about the options for each questions and the number of times each option has been selected. 

Rating Scale Average Responses: Average rating for each rate scale question that has responses. Ratings that are not on a 1-5 scale are adjusted to a scale of 1-5. 

Rate Scale Response Detail Report: Rate scale question responses with detail on the scale. Questions without responses will not appear. Rate scale responses in this table are not normalized, the raw value is listed. 

Open Text Response Word Cloud: Frequency of words used in responses submitted to short and long text questions in Surveys. Common words, "N/A", and single letter words are filtered out. 

Open Text Response Detail Report: Responses submitted to short and long text questions on Surveys. No responses from Course or Activity Previews, or empty responses. 

Survey Response Detail Report: All responses submitted to questions, regardless of question type. Questions without responses will not appear in this table. Rate scale responses are normalized to a 1-5 scale. 

Pre/Post Analysis: Average of responses to rate scale questions on Pre Surveys vs Post Surveys. Normalized to a 1-5 scale. Questions will need to be identical in the Pre and Post Survey in the same Course to be calculated. 

AI Survey Analyzer: Allows Admins to select from default questions to learn more about the Survey data, or to enter their own question text. AI model will review survey questions and responses to provide feedback summaries. Requires activation from Forj, contact your CSM if interested.
