Forj Analyze Course Revenue dashboard allows Admins to view and export data on the gross and net revenue collected from purchase of Forj Learn Courses.  

Follow the steps below to view the Course Revenue Dashboard. 

NAVIGATE TO COURSE REVENUE DASHBOARD

• Navigate to the Community Menu.
• Click Analytics.

• Click the Learn Tab.
• Select Course Revenue. 

Revenue to use: allows filtering between net or gross. 

Course Revenue (Net) by Month: Total revenue from Courses (net) by month over the year. Gross refers to the course price while net refers to the course price minus discounts/coupons. 

Course Revenue (Net): Total revenue from courses (net) over all time. Gross refers to the course price while net refers to the course price minus discounts/coupons. 

Number of Course Purchases: Total number of course purchases over all time. 

Show Revenue from: allows filtering by Course, Courses and Bundles, or Bundles. 

Learning Revenue (Net) by Courses and Bundles: List of courses or bundles sorted from top to bottom by total revenue (net) for each over all time. 

Group Revenue By: allows filtering by Job title, company name, or Membership Tier. 

Learning Revenue (Net) by Job Title: Course revenue (net) organized by learner metadata selection. 

Learning Revenue (Gross): Total revenue that would accrue from the sellable price of each course over all time. 

Learning Product Discounts: Total amount of discounts/coupons applied to course purchases over all time. 

Net Learning Revenue by Week: Amount of course revenue organized by gross revenue (course sellable prices), discounts, and net revenue as the gross minus the discounts. Organized by week over all time.
