Preview Your Post or Email Blast

Admins can preview Email Blasts, and send themselves preview emails for both Posts and Email Blasts. Follow the steps below to view your messages before sending. 

 

SEND PREVIEW EMAIL

Admins can send themselves a Preview Email when creating a Post to a Group Feed. This includes Discussions, Polls, Opportunities, and Recommendation Post types. 

  • Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the Post button. 

  • Select Send Preview Email. 

 

 

PREVIEW EMAIL BLAST

Admins can preview an Email Blast within the platform. 

  • Select the megaphone icon.

  • Click the Compose button. 

  • Select Email Blast. 

  • Enter your message and select the recipients. 
  • Click the dropdown arrow next to the Send button. 
  • Select Preview. 

This will display the email preview. From the Preview page, it is also possible to send yourself a test email.

  • Click the Send me a test email button.
