To leave a Group, select the down caret and select Leave group. 

Once selecting Leave group, a pop up will appear to confirm the action.

You can then either keep your data like posts and comments intact in the platform, or click the I want to leave and delete all my data checkbox to remove all of your data from the Group. 

Then click the Leave group button to leave. Or click the Cancel button to cancel the action.
