Pending Group Requests

HOW TO VIEW GROUPS

Communities may offer multiple Groups, and it is possible to view all of the Groups to which you are a member. Groups are organized so that parent Groups are listed alphabetically, and child Groups are then listed alphabetically from the parent dropdown. 

Follow the steps below to view all of the Groups to which you are a member:

• Navigate to the left menu bar. 
• Click the dropdown next to Your Groups. 
• Select Show all groups you belong to in order to view all of your Groups.
• Select Show recent groups to see Groups in which you have recently been active. 

HOW TO JOIN GROUPS

Members can see Suggested Groups located in the left menu bar. Note that any of the Suggested Groups are Groups in which you are not already a member. 

Follow the steps below to join a Suggested Group:

• Navigate to the left menu bar. 
• Click the View all button from Suggested Groups.

Here you will see the full list of Suggested Groups, with the Group description. The list will also indicate the number of posts and other members for each Group. Enter a keyword to Search for "Suggested Groups" in the search bar. 

• Click the Join group link to join any of the Suggested Groups. 
• Fill out the registration form if required.

PENDING GROUP REQUESTS

Note that a Group Manager may need to approve registration before a member has full access to the Group. If that is the case, the Group will be listed under the Pending Group Requests section.
