Admins can store and send files to Members directly from the platform, and each Group has its own unique Resource Center. There is unlimited file storage, but each individual file must be 750 MB or less. Files added directly to posts have a 20MB size limit, so larger files should be added directly to the Resource Center.
Members can be enabled to upload files to the Resource Center based on Group permissions. File download tracking is also offered on all files so Admins can see who specifically has downloaded a file and follow up with them.
Follow the steps below to add Files and Folders from either your browser or the mobile app.
FROM BROWSER
Follow the steps below to add files to the Resources page.
Navigate to the Resources page.
Click the New dropdown.
Select Folder or File Upload.
Select the file from your computer.
There is also a section at the bottom of the page to add folders or files.
Scroll down to the Folders section.
Click the Add File or Add Folder button.
Select the file from your computer.
FROM MOBILE APP
Follow the steps below to add files to the Resources page.
- Navigate to the Group.
- Click the Resources tab.
- Click the File Upload icon.
- Choose the file from your mobile device.
