Admins can use Folders to categorize and organize content for each Group in the Resources section. It is also possible to have several tiers of Folders, to allow subcategories for your content. Note that Members do not have permission to create Folders.
ADD A FOLDER
Follow the steps below to add a Resources section Folder.
Navigate to the Resources page.
Scroll to the Folders section.
Click Add folder.
Enter the Folder name.
Do not use special characters (for example &, @, %) or the folder link may not be shareable.
Click the Create button.
ADD A TIERED FOLDER
Follow the steps below to add a tiered folder.
Navigate to the Resources page.
Scroll to the Folders section.
Click on the name of the desired folder.
- Click Add Folder.
Enter the Folder Name.
Do not use special characters (for example &, @, %) or the folder link may not be shareable.
Click the Create button.
The folder will display within the parent folder.
