Admins can schedule Email Blast communications in advance. Follow the steps below to schedule an Email Blast.
Navigate to the desired Group.
Select the megaphone icon.
Click the Compose button.
Select Email Blast.
Enter your message and select your audience.
Click the drop down arrow next to the Send button.
Select Send later.
Choose the date and time to schedule your message.
Click Schedule to confirm.
After scheduling a message, it is possible to edit the message and add back to the drafts folder. It is also possible to unschedule a message.
