Admins are able to manually enroll users into Forj Learn Courses, bypassing payment and bulk adding users. Note that at this time Admins will need to reach out to Forj Support for assistance if they wish to unenroll a Learner from a Course.
MANUALLY ENROLL USERS
Follow the steps below to manually enroll users into a Course.
- Navigate to the desired course.
- Select the Learners page.
- Click the three dot icon.
- Select Enroll Learners.
- Search the Learner name if they already exist in the system.
- Click their name and they will be added to the course.
- Upload a list of users who do not already exist in the system.
- Create a CSV document using the template CSV here link.
- Drag and drop the completed file in the Drop file section.
- Click the Submit button.
LEARNER VIEW
Once enrolled, Learners will receive an email indicating that they have been enrolled into a course, and displaying the Awards offered, the Intended Audience, and the Full Description.
Learners can click the View Course button from their email to be taken to the course in the platform.
Learners can also access their courses within the platform from the Home page In-Progress section.
Learners can access their Courses from the Catalog in the Your Enrollments section.
