To remove/delete a chat on the Journey By Forj Connect mobile app, click the chat icon, choose the chat from the list, tap on the three dots in the top right of the screen, select Delete conversation, then confirm to delete the conversation (Yes, delete the conversation) or not (No, don't delete).
