These updates expand the strategic insights Admins can get from analytics with deeper insights, cleaner visuals, and smarter tools to help you understand and grow your Learning Community.

Note that this feature may not be available for all platforms.

NAVIGATE TO FORJ LEARNING ANALYTICS

Follow the steps below to access the Forj Learning Analytics Dashboard:

• Login to your Forj Analyze (Domo) account. 
• Select Learning Analytics from the left Navigation menu. 

LEARNING ANALYTICS

Get aggregate and detailed visibility into Learner interactions on the platform. See which are your most active Courses and months of enrollment, conversion rate from course viewed to course completion, and  the path between Forj Learn and Forj Connect.

Filter by Course: Click the checkbox of the course(s) for data that you wish to view. 

Filter by number of course enrollments: Drag the slider to find courses with the number of enrollments you wish to see. 

Total enrollments: Total number of Learner enrollments.

Total course completions: Total number of Course completions. 

Completion rate: Percentage of Learners who have completed a course in which they have enrolled.

Course enrollments by month: Total enrollments per month. Hover each bar to display individual Course titles.

Most enrolled courses: Total number of enrollments for each Course, with breakdown of In Progress vs Completion. 

Credits awarded by Month: Total number of credits awarded per month, with a breakdown for different Credit types. 

Learning transcript: Learner name and email address listed along with Course Status presented as Complete or In Progress with a percentage complete listed. Course Title is listed and is clickable to view the course in Forj Learn platform catalog. Started and Completed dates and times are listed. Credits and Certificate earned are listed, and the Certificate icon is clickable for download. Group awards are listed in Accepted or Unaccepted columns. 

Group award acceptance rate: Frequency of acceptance when Members receive a Group award at the end of a Course.

Unique learners: How many individual Learners have enrolled in Courses. 

Courses: Total number of Courses created. Note this is not filterable by time. 

Course Conversion Funnel: Number of Learners who have clicked on the Enrollment button, Enrolled in the Course, viewed Course pages, and Completed the Course. Note if a user views the same course twice that counts as one view. This count includes users who view and enroll from a public Course link. Views of the Course Catalog are turned off by default, but this can be changed under the Events filter.  

User Paths Between Forj Learn and Forj Connect: Number of users who begin in Forj Learn vs Forj Connect, and number of users who continue on to use both Forj Learn and Forj Connect.
