The Quiz Activity for Forj Learn Courses can be used to test Learners on their understanding of Course content. Multiple Choice questions are available from the Quiz Activity.

Responses can be viewed by Learning Admins when Managing a Course. The results will display via the View Results tab from the Quiz Activity page. Learning Admins can review the results and then follow-up with Learners. 

VIEW QUIZ RESULTS

Follow the steps below to view the Quiz Activity results:

• Navigate to the Catalog by clicking Learning > Courses.

• Click the Teach tab.

• Click Manage for the desired Course.

• Navigate to the page with the Quiz Activity. 

• Click the View Results tab. 

QUESTION VIEW

Quiz results will display per question. The number and percentage of Learners who selected each answer choice will display.

The correct answer choice will be indicated by a green checkmark, incorrect answer choices will be indicated with red x's. 

LEARNER VIEW

Quiz results will display per Learner. Select the Learner from the list to view their results.  

Results will indicate if the Learner has completed the Quiz, and their score. Time spent to complete the Quiz, with Start and Complete date/time stamps are provided. 

The correct answer choice will be indicated by a green checkmark, incorrect answer choices will be indicated with red x's. 

DETAILED REPORT

This report provides details of both the Learner and the Quiz questions. 

For each question, Learner results as well as their Quiz Pass/Fail results are presented. 

This report can be exported by clicking the up arrow icon. 

This report can be expanded to view more. 

Content can be Filtered using the Controls.
