Forj is happy to announce updates to the Forj In-App Analytics, enhancing your ability to understand and engage with your Community. The new embedded dashboards offer deeper insights, cleaner visuals, and smarter tools to help you understand and grow your Community.

Navigate to Forj Analytics Report
NAVIGATE TO FORJ ANALYTICS REPORT
Follow the steps below to access the Forj Analyze Dashboards:
- Click the Community Menu button.
- Select Analytics from the menu.
The new Forj Analytics Dashboards will display. Note that cards associated with the Learn feature only display if Forj Learn is active for your site.
- Click the Expand icon to see more detailed information about each card.
This displays additional card data in a pop-up.
- Click the X button to exit the pop-up.
TOTAL USERS
Number of users across Journey by Forj including Forj Connect and Forj Learn.
NUMBER IN FORJ CONNECT
Number of unique users who are members of at least 1 Group in Forj Connect.
NUMBER IN FORJ LEARN
Number of unique users who are enrolled in at least 1 Course in Forj Learn.
FILTER BY TIME
Decide how to display the data based on day, week, month, or year.
- Click a button to view the data for the selected timeframe.
TOTAL POSTS
Number of Posts in Forj Connect over all time. This includes Discussions, Polls, Opportunities, and Events.
TOTAL GROUPS
Number of Groups in Forj Connect.
TOTAL ADMINS
Number of users with an Administrative role in the Community or at least 1 Group.
POST INTERACTION RATE
Percent of Posts over the last 6 months that have at least 1 interaction (Reply, Appreciation, vote, RSVP, Application). Interactions do not include views.
POSTS CREATED
Number of Discussion Posts created per month.
MOST ACTIVE USERS
Top 10 most active users within the selected timeframe. Activity count includes Search, Chat, Appreciation, Resource Added, Resource Downloaded, RSVP, Poll Vote, Post Created, and Post Reply.
MOST ACTIVE GROUPS
Top 10 most active Groups. Activity count represents how many times anyone in the Group taken actions to include Post Created, Post Reply, Appreciation, RSVP, Poll Vote, and Resource Added.
USERS ADDED
Number of users added to the Community by month.
