• Community
  • Your community is housed under your domain
  • It's an “umbrella” that houses your groups and subgroups
  • You can customize community-wide settings, including API, SSO, Zapier, and branding

• Group
  • This is what your members join when registering for your community
  • Groups can be stacked on top of one another- creating subgroups
  • Members in a subgroup are automatically added to the parent group
  • Settings can be individually customized by group
