Members can apply to join public and closed groups within your community. Community and Group Managers have the ability to approve or decline these memberships. Community and Group Managers will receive notifications in the platform as well as via email that an action is required.
To Approve/Decline new members, locate the specific group's Member Database, and and click on the Pending tab:
Click the checkbox next to the member, and select Approve or Remove from the action buttons located at the bottom of the screen.
Approved members will receive an auto-generated welcome message.
Members that are declined will NOT receive any email notification.
