Follow-ups are a great way for managers to engage with a specific subset of members within their group.
- Did you send a poll and want to make sure that everyone gets to answer- Send an email blast follow-up
- Did members vote on a poll for what committee they would like to join? Follow-up and add them into a group just for that
- Want to get a data export of members who clicked on content? Export a CSV

Follow-ups can be used in almost every post type and typically will feature the following options:
- Members who viewed a post
- Members who did not view a post
- All post recipients
Additionally, posts with links, polls, and events will feature additional options such as:
- Members who voted (and what they voted for) …
- Members who clicked on…
- Members who RSVP'd (and how they RSVP'd)

Follow-ups can be found by heading into a specific post and clicking on See All Analytics.
Note: This feature is available for managers only. Follow-ups will be done from the Outreach Center which is available on our PRO tier.
To follow up simply click on the post you'd like to follow up on, click on See all analytics, and choose the follow-up action you'd like to take.
