You can move members into another group; just make sure the group is already created before you do this step.

You can either do this from the sending or receiving group:

Take members from their current group and add them to another group in your Member Database with the Add to... button:

Or you can do this from the Member Database or Lounge of the receiving group via Add Members -- From other groups.
