Additional Analytics tells more about how the overall community is engaging. When we refer to an active member or group, it is calculated by the total number of activities that happened in the group or by that member. Activities include Views, Clicks, Posts, and anything else members can do in Mobilize.
The following graphs and metrics show:
- Top left: all-time figures
- Bottom left: Last 7 days, last 7 weeks, or last 7 months timeframe. Toggle between Posts or Members (Members refers to new members added to the community)
- Top right: Overall open rate across the entire community in the Last Month, Last Week, or Last 24 Hours
- Bottom right: 5 most active groups and 5 most active members
As a Community Manager (with community admin rights), the Analytics is found in the Community Menu in the top right corner of the screen.
In addition, analytics can be viewed on every Post created in the free and paid versions of Mobilize.
