In the Member Database of a group, managers and moderators can check if members are subscribed or unsubscribed to the Manager Emails, Immediate Post Emails, and Daily Digests of that group. Remember that these subscription settings impact the group level, so a member who is receiving immediate post emails in one group may not necessarily be opting in to receive them in another group.
Subscription to the Manager Emails also applies to Email Blasts that managers or moderators send as a manager via the Outreach Center (e.g., if a user is not subscribed to Manager Emails, they will not receive Email Blasts).
As a Manager, go to the Member Database by clicking the people icon on the gray navigation bar.
Then, scroll to the right until you see the three columns related to Notification settings.
The three columns are:
Daily Digests are a daily email members can opt into that sends a summary of activity in the group for that day.
Immediate Post Notifications are all posts from members in the group’s lounge and all non-announcement posts by managers.
Manager Emails refer to Announcement Posts and Outreach Emails (including Email Blasts) in the group.
Within these two columns, there are three different settings for how members receive the group’s posts.
Subscribed - The member will get instant notifications when a member or manager posts.
Unsubscribed - The member will not get these emails from the community.
