Bug / Defect | A defect in the software that does not meet expected specifications. This can include issues with performance, functionality, or usability. |
Feature Insight | An insight or idea for a new feature or a change/enhancement to an existing feature. |
Question or Inquiry | A question or inquiry, typically related to our product offering or functionality. |
Service Request | A request for a task or action to be completed by our Technical Support or Solutions teams. |
