Within the Support Center, you are able to view all of your tickets and requests.
First, click on your name in the top right hand corner and then navigate to "Requests".
From there, you will be able to view all Support tickets you've submitted or been CC'ed on. You can filter by status using the dropdown on the right.
Note: If you'd like to be able to view all tickets that have been submitted by all members of your organization, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support team; we'd be happy to discuss and accommodate that for you.
